1. Who is XLNTrade?
XLN Trade is a brand name operated by Eqron Ltd, Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Center, P.O.Box 1510, Beachmont Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. XLN Trade is an online Forex and CFD broker, providing access to over 200 tradable financial assets: currency pairs, cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities and indices. We are giving traders around the world the power to successfully trade on the financial markets through our innovative trading platform, Profit or popular Meta Trader 4.
2. What are the tradable instruments?
XLN Trade offers over 200 financial assets, over 5 assets classes:

3. What is the minimum deposit required?
The minimum deposit required to open an account with XLN Trade is 100 USD.
4. How old do I need to be to trade?
You need to be 18 years of age to begin trading with XLN Trade.
5. What is forex?
Forex or the Foreign Exchange Market is an online market where currencies, commodities and shares can be traded.
6. What is a CFD?
CFD stands for contract for difference. CFDs offer traders an opportunity to profit from price movement without owning the underlying asset.
7. What is the leverage?
Leverage at XLN Trade is as follows:

- currency pairs 400:1,
- commodities up to 400:1,
- index 200:1,
- shares 20:1,
- cryptocurrencies 10:1

The PROfit trading platform has an online and a mobile version. Download the app for Android here and for iOS here.

1. I forgot my password, what do I do?
Go to the login page: https://xlntradelogin.trading-tech.com/?theme=xlntrade&cult=en and select Forgot password, located under the Login button.
2. How to change my current password?
Go to the login page: https://xlntradelogin.trading-tech.com/?theme=xlntrade&cult=en and select Change password, located under the Login button.
3. How to login to the PROfit platform?
Go to the login page: https://xlntradelogin.trading-tech.com/?theme=xlntrade&cult=en and fill out your User Name and Password.
4. How to login to MT4 platform?
Download the MT4 platform. Once you create an account you will receive a MT4 ID (which you will use to login into the account), username and a password.

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL

1. How to deposit on the PROfit platform?
Go to the website (https://www.xlntrade.com/) and click on the Deposit button above the menu. For more information, please click here.
2. How to deposit on MT4?
Go to the website (https://www.xlntrade.com/) and click on the Deposit button above the menu. For more information, please click here.
3. What documents do I need to provide in order to withdraw?

4. How to cancel a withdrawal request?
If you wish to cancel your Withdrawal request, please send a massage to customer service and we will handle it.
5. I’ve made a deposit using my credit/debit card, now I want to withdraw. How am I going to receive the money back?
The deposited amount will be returned to your credit card and you will receive the profit by e-wallet or bank wire. For the full withdrawal details, please click here.
6. How long does it take for me to get my money back after asking to withdraw it?
If you have provided all the documents, you can expect your withdrawal within 5 working days.
7. I wired funds to my XLN Trade account, how long does it take for them to appear in my account?
Everything you deposit in your account should appear there immediately.
8. I made a deposit, but the credit card company charged extra fee for the transaction, can I get the extra fee back?
Yes, just send us a screenshot of the transaction fee at customer.service@xlntrade.com and we will add it into your account.
9. What should I do if I want to deposit using a Credit card/Debit card but the deposit fails several times?
First check if the credit card details that you entered are correct. If this does not work, please contact customer service at customer.service@xlntrade.com and we will check why the transaction has failed.
10. How can I request to transfer funds from one platform to another?
Please send a message to customer.service@xlntrade.com and we will handle it.
11. How can I check my trading history in my PROfit account?
Log in to your PROfit account. You can see your recent trading history in the Dealing and Billing log.
12. How can I check my trading history in my MT4 account?
Log in to your MT4 account. In the Terminal window, select the Account History tab.

COMPLIANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. How do I send documents?
You can send us documents to customer.service@xlntrade.com.
2. How do I get in contact with my account manager?
Go to https://www.xlntrade.com/about/contact-us/ for our contact details.
3. How can I send a copy of my credit card?
Send us both sides of the credit card, leave the first 6 and the last 4 digits open, on the back side, please hide the CVV number.
